What the portal gives your company
Once your company is set up, the portal is where you:
- Add your drivers by name and email, and choose whether your company's insurance covers each one (it does by default). Each driver gets a link to upload their license and verify their identity, so they are cleared to rent before the day you need a van.
- Request vans for your drivers and pay up front, by card or bank transfer, or approve a charge to a saved payment method.
- See each rental's agreement and inspection photos at pickup and return.
- Watch your rented vans on a live map, with the day's trips, stops and fuel level.
- Review accountability views by driver: low-fuel events, late returns, damage.
- Download invoices and receipts, and see the fee schedule your agreements reference.

Tell us who you are and we will set up your portal account and send the invitation. From there you add your drivers and book vans. If you need vans before then, use the request a van form and mention it.
