How it works
Request a van for a driver and a set of dates, then pay up front. Fleetstead bills the business, not the driver.
Vans are staged at lots in the Phoenix metro, and the pickup point comes with your confirmation.
The van is tracked while it is out and your dispatcher can see where it is. It comes back to the same lot, on time, with a full tank.

Where it fits
One van for a week or a block of them for a season. Rates are quoted per company and confirmed before pickup.
Standard and high-capacity cargo vans, cutaway vans, and Freightliner MT45 step vans for the biggest routes. Say if the route needs air conditioning.
Every van carries a GPS tracker and goes out inspected. Pickup and return are photographed and logged.
Your company's commercial auto policy covers its drivers by default. We review the certificate and endorsements when the account is set up and remind you before they expire; the driver confirms coverage at each pickup.
